HEART Centered

Expressive Arts and Wellness

Where Creativity and Connection Support Healing and Growth

At HEART Centered, we provide expressive arts programs that support emotional well-being, resilience, and meaningful connection to individuals and groups.

Our programs integrate expressive arts, mindfulness, and reflective practices to help individuals process experiences, build coping skills, and reconnect with their inner resources.

Creative expression allows people to explore emotions and experiences that are often difficult to articulate with words alone. Through guided art-making, movement, rhythm, and reflection, participants are invited into a supportive process of discovery and growth.

The Eco-Expressive Art Flow Process

Harmony
Finding balance within yourself and with the natural world. Each creative act begins with listening  to your breath, your body, and the life around you.

Expression
Allowing what’s inside to move outward. Through color, texture, and movement, we give form to feeling and voice to the unsaid.

Awareness
Becoming present with the moment. Observing without judgment, noticing the interplay between your inner landscape and the living environment.

Renewal
Letting go and allowing transformation. Just as seasons change, so do we, every creative process invites new growth.

Transformation
Integrating your creative discoveries into daily life, emerging with a renewed sense of authenticity, self-worth, and connection to the whole.

Testimonials

Palette

I have been to several of Marien's workshops. I always discover something about myself. I have learned about the true connection between myself and nature and how to communicate with nature. Marien's workshops are always therapeutic, you are guaranteed to also communicate with emotions that need your attention, whether you were aware of it or not. These are skills that I can use when working with children, for their benefit, and for mine.
