Service Description

Our monthly in-person expressive arts workshops offer a welcoming space to slow down, explore creativity, and reconnect with yourself. Each session invites participants to engage in a variety of creative practices such as art-making, movement, writing, meditation, and reflective activities. The focus is on the creative process rather than artistic skill, making these workshops accessible to everyone; no art experience is needed. In a supportive and relaxed environment, participants are encouraged to explore thoughts, emotions, and personal insights through different creative materials and guided experiences. Each month offers a new theme and opportunity for reflection, growth, and creative expression. Upcoming Workshops March 14 — Reconnecting with Nature This workshop supports participants in slowing down and strengthening their connection to the natural world as a source of grounding and emotional regulation. Through meditation, creative writing, and art-making with clay and natural materials, participants will explore ways to reduce stress, increase present-moment awareness, and reconnect with internal and environmental sources of support. April 11 — Rooting and Grounding: Grounding & Growing This session focuses on building a sense of stability while supporting personal growth. Through expressive arts, reflection, and gentle movement, participants will explore practices that promote emotional awareness, resilience, and self-regulation while identifying personal strengths that support continued growth. May 9 — Women’s Self-Care: Rest, Reflect & Restore This workshop offers a supportive space for women to pause and attend to their well-being. Through guided creative expression and reflective activities, participants will practice self-care strategies that help reduce stress, restore energy, and strengthen their connection to their own needs and inner resources. No art experience needed. All materials are provided.
