30/30/30 Day#24 walked endlessly through the town of Mount Dora. Came home to make some watercolors for my in laws.

Day 20 a walk around the neighborhood and a coloring page of my mandala book. I had the need to walk and just let whatever was pressing my chest out. Coloring can be relaxing.

Day 17 I practiced 30 minutes of sun salutations (yoga) and created a few Ecuadorian recipes with Mauro.

Day 18 Monday was a rough day- had to run a fee errands related to my brother's affairs. Came home to organize some of my drawers .

I spent sometime creating a collage to release my thoughts and emotions of the day. My 30/30/30 experience is my grieving journey , I am thankful for to be doing this with you - Yadira.
