Teaching is a very rewarding career but it can oftentimes feel overwhelming, tiring, and stressful. In this session, we will bear it all through the arts. Let me help you navigate through the difficult moments in your career. Our goal is to improve teachers’ well-being and efficacy by providing educational support through expressive arts facilitation and creative life coaching. We collaborate with community institutions through Central Florida and adjacent counties – organizations committed to improving their teachers' and residents' lives by providing opportunities for self-discovery, expression, stress reduction, and emotional support. Our Goals: • Goal #1: To help your school or institution establish a holistic wellness program that helps teachers manage stress and emotional expression. • Goal #2: Increase teacher retention by improving teachers’ self-efficacy. • Goal #3: Improve school-community relationships. Our Approach: • Creative Life Coaching - (individual) • Montessori Mentoring/Coaching • Stress Management Techniques • Online monthly free gathering • Literature Circles Using the expressive arts process (meditation, breathing work, somatic practices and art, music and movement, creative writing, role play) and the SMART method, we help teachers discover, explore, and set realistic goals to improve all eight dimensions of well-being. We offer a free online group session for administrators. A minimum of five participants is required. Call us to set up your free admin session. Cancellation Policy

We will set aside a time for you; you understand that we expect the client to attend each scheduled session, but we know life happens. If the paid schedule session needs to be canceled or rescheduled the session must be rescheduled within the week period. No roll-over sessions or payments. Please give 24 hours notice for cancellation. Late cancellations/ reschedules or no-shows will be charged the entire session amount.
