Have you thought about exploring your innermost self and finding union from within? Through this session, we will use the arts and nature to go even deeper and awaken your self-consciousness. Seeing our true colors requires us to self-examine who we are without the input and opinion of others. Like trees in the fall stop making chlorophyll and reveal their authentic self, we need to pause and rediscover our authentic selves. This fun and interactive class will allow us to paint with ice! Art supplies will be provided. (No art experience is necessary.) Before our time together, you will need to spend time in nature. Bring to your workspace any natural materials you are attracted to and want to be part of your artwork. Remember to take only what is accessible and it would not result in harming nature. You will need to prepare a bit for this session. In advance prepare an ice cube tray with water and add food coloring to the water. You can make as many color combinations as you would like. You can also place a pop cycle stick to make it easier to handle once their frozen. Freeze overnight and be ready to use for artmaking.
