You will be joining a group of individuals and everyone will be finding their own way through the arts. We will be together through the process while we each find our own answer. If you are looking for a sense of community and the self, then this session is for you. The expressive arts open studio is a safe space to work on your creativity and inspiration. An open studio format usually has a short meditation, setting of a personal intention, creative time (your thing) inspired by the meditation, creative writing as reflection, and a time to me witness (share art and writing).

We will set aside a time for you; you understand that we expect the client to attend each scheduled session, but we know life happens. If the paid schedule session needs to be canceled or rescheduled the session must be rescheduled within the week period. No roll-over sessions or payments. Please give 24 hours notice for cancellation. Late cancellations/ reschedules or no-shows will be charged the entire session amount.
